By accessing or using clinicbolt.com ('the Website'), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and clients. The Website is operated by Mind Body Masters Pty Ltd (ABN 30 643 431 010), trading as ClinicBolt ('we', 'us', 'our'). We may update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
1 Use of the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit any Website content without our written consent; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Website system; transmit spam or unsolicited material; use automated tools to scrape Website content without our consent; or use the Website in any way that could damage or impair its operation or reputation.
2 Intellectual Property
All Website content — text, copy, graphics, logos, images, video, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Mind Body Masters Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian copyright law. The ClinicBolt name, brand, and logo are proprietary to Mind Body Masters Pty Ltd. Portfolio sites featured on the Website are displayed with client consent and must not be copied or reproduced.
3 Accuracy of Information
The Website describes our services, pricing, and capabilities in general terms. Results referenced on the Website — including patient volume, Google ranking, or revenue outcomes — are illustrative examples based on client experience and are not a guarantee of results for your practice. Pricing is current at the time of publication and may be updated with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
4 Demo Bookings
Booking a free demo through the Website does not constitute a purchase or subscription. It is entirely obligation-free. No credit card is required. We will not charge you anything as a result of booking or attending a demo.
5 The Plans
ClinicBolt currently offers the following plans:

All fees are in Australian dollars. ClinicBolt may update plan pricing or inclusions with a minimum of 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
6 Smart Website — Hosting and Ownership
On Professional and Elite plans, your Smart Website is built, hosted, and maintained by ClinicBolt as part of your monthly subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your website will be taken offline. All written content is yours — we will export it on request.
On the Website-only plan, the completed website is delivered to you as a standalone build. You are responsible for hosting and maintaining the site after delivery. ClinicBolt provides no ongoing support, changes, or updates under this plan.
ClinicBolt reserves the right to feature completed websites in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests removal in writing.
7 Minimum Commitment and Cancellation
Professional and Elite plans have a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum period, plans move to month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time by contacting jake@clinicbolt.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until the period end. Upon cancellation of a Professional or Elite plan, your Smart Website will be taken offline and all automations deactivated. We will provide an export of your website content on request.
Payments already made are non-refundable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
8 Compatible Practice Management Software
ClinicBolt's BoltSync engine currently integrates with Cliniko, Jane App, Nookal, PracSuite, and PracticeHub. Automation features require a compatible PMS to function. If you use a different system, contact us before subscribing to confirm compatibility. ClinicBolt is not responsible for limitations caused by use of an unsupported platform or changes to third-party APIs.
9 AHPRA Compliance
ClinicBolt writes all website copy with AHPRA advertising guidelines as a primary constraint, and all copy is written by a practicing chiropractor. However, the client is solely responsible for ensuring all website content and automated communications comply with AHPRA regulations and any other applicable professional standards. ClinicBolt accepts no liability for any AHPRA complaint, regulatory action, or professional consequence arising from website content or automated communications.
10 Kayli AI
Kayli is ClinicBolt's AI voice receptionist, available on the Elite plan. ClinicBolt trains Kayli on your specific practice operations and FAQ library before go-live. Kayli's performance depends on the accuracy of information provided during onboarding. ClinicBolt is not liable for any booking errors, missed calls, or patient communications that result from inaccurate or incomplete practice information provided by the client.
Call interactions handled by Kayli are logged and may be used to improve Kayli's responses for your practice. All call data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11 Third-Party Platforms
The Website references third-party platforms including Cliniko, Jane App, Nookal, PracSuite, PracticeHub, and GoHighLevel. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or any changes to their APIs or terms of service. We will notify affected subscribers of any material change to integration availability.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, ClinicBolt's total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. ClinicBolt is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss including loss of patients, revenue, or Google ranking; data loss caused by third-party platform outage; or any AHPRA or regulatory consequence. Nothing in these terms excludes any right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
13 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from use of the Website or our services will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before commencing legal proceedings.
